Confidentiality is very important to us. As a professional organisation, we work to keep clients’ confidential information and data safe. We are data protected; and continue to handle clients’ personal data with the utmost care.

Your professional therapy experience with exploringU counselling and Just Talk is always completely confidential. It is important that the counselling you are receiving is not overheard by anyone and that you feel comfortable and safe in the environment that is providing your therapy.

Placements Students

We continue to work towards excellent clinical standards. As such our policies and procedures have been carefully developed for the purpose of achieving a high level of service. We carefully select students on placement from different modalities to support our ever increasing need for our service.

Privacy POLICY

This policy applies to all individuals from exploringU counselling, Just Talk, qualified counsellors, In-house supervisors, placement counsellors, including individuals who contact our services. When you liaise with or make contact with our organisation we collect your data for the sole purpose of providing you with the area of work, training or others professional services we offer such as counselling, assessments, referrals you have expressed an interest in. Under the Data Protection Act and GDPR our organisation has a legal obligation to explain to you how your data is managed.
